Watched this movie from Jim Jarmush : "The limits of control". Definitely good pictures, images, and rythm. Not for those not used to Jim Jarmush movies. But I strongly recommend it anyway.
On n'a pas toujours du caviar (It can't always be caviar) from Johannes Mario Simmel. Very good book, for those hoping that the good will win against the evil.
Back to basics. Running without any watch, calculator, just feeling the heart beating, the muscles, the road, just trying to feel what are the limits of control. A way to avoid the comparison with the past, but just taking a situation as it is, today, and find the right approach. Hoping to avoid the usual "cliche" like the one with people always saying they'll restart practising sports. Just starting from scratch, with another rythm, another vision. Back to basics to avoid being lost in translation. Feeling that after 35 years old, the body react differently to the speed, the cold, the pain. Not better, not worse, just differently.

Rituel de vitalité,
s'immerger totalement dans ce que l'on est en train de faire, se libérer du temps.
Quelque chose de plus vaste...
